  • What are the food/dining options available on a matchday?

    Seasonal Dining on Club Level

    We have two private Members-only clubs which can be booked for Seasonal Dining allowing you a reserved table for every home game throughout the Season. For more information please contact your account manager or our Platinum Memberships Team on 0345 262 0001.

    Match by Match dining on Club Level

    We have a variety of restaurants which can be booked on a match-by-match basis, these range from a two-course carvery to a three-course buffet, these can be pre-booked online via our Premium Concierge Service or by calling our Platinum Memberships Team on 0345 262 0001.     Corner Bars on Club Level

    We have 4 corner bars on Club Level. Each bar offers a range of delicious hot and cold snacks, available pre-match, half-time throughout Club Level and post-match in Royal Oak only, whilst providing the perfect surroundings to enjoy all the pre-match build-up and post-match analysis as the crowds disperse.

    • 49ers - North West corner between Highburry and Royal Oak
    • Emirates Lounge - North East corner between Royal Oak and Woolwich
    • Legends - South East corner between Woolwich and Dial Square
    • Champions - South West corner between Dial Square and Highbury

  • How can I make a restaurant reservation?

    Dial Square, Highbury buffet, Woolwich buffet restaurants can all be booked for matchday dining using our Premium Concierger Service https://premiumconcierge.com. Please login to your account and view the restaurants tab https://premiumconcierge.com/restaurants.

  • Are drinks included with my Platinum Season Ticket?

    House wines, draughts and soft drinks are complimentary in all bars at half-time on Club Level. Drinks are available to purchase at all other times.

  • Can I purchase a children's meal?

    Children's meals (for children aged 12 and under) can be purchased in advance by calling The Platinum Membership's Team on 0345 262 0001.

    Please note that a child's meal is £15 and they will be asked to choose off the Children’s menu on the day.Please be aware that

    Please be aware that all under-14s will require an adult (aged 18 or over) to attend with them for any match at Emirates Stadium.

  • Can I bring my bag into Club Level?

    All bags brought into the stadium will be searched and  tagged.

    This is a process which takes additional time for fans with bags entering the stadium. Therefore, we strongly encourage fans to not bring a bag with them on matchdays. However, we recognise there will be times when bringing a small bag is unavoidable.

    Suitcases, cabin bags or large luggage bags are NOT permitted inside the stadium on matchdays.

     Small bags and normal sized rucksacks are allowed, but we must stress that the Club reserves the right not to authorise any type of bag on any occasion.

    Fans arriving with a bag on matchdays should look out for the dedicated bag searching lanes at the stadium turnstiles.
