WHAT IS THE REFER A FRIEND PROGRAMME?

The Refer a Friend programme lets you as a Platinum Member share the love and refer a friend to Arsenal Platinum Membership. If your friend goes on to become a Platinum Member by purchasing a Club Level season ticket(s) for Season 2020/21 you will both be eligible to receive a fully inclusive matchday hospitality experience for a game of your choice next season. Please note matches are subject to availability. 

HOW DO I REFER A FRIEND?

You will be able to sign up here once you have renewed your Platinum Membership for Season 2020/21. Renewals opened on Wednesday 4 March.

Once you've signed up for the programme, we’ll send you a unique referral link that you can share with your friends over email, WhatsApp, Facebook or Twitter. If your friend uses the link to buy a Platinum Membership for Season 2020/21 then you’ll both be eligible to receive a fully inclusive matchday hospitality experience for a game next season.  

You can share the link with as many friends as you like, as long as they are over 18. You’ll receive a reward for every friend who becomes a Platinum Member. 

WHAT IS MY REWARD?

For every friend you introduce that becomes a Platinum Member, we'll give you an inclusive matchday hospitality experience in Club Arsenal for a match of your choice in Season 2020/21 for every seat that they purchase.

For example, if you refer a friend and they purchase three seats, you will be entitled to three hospitality places in an executive box or boxes at the Stadium in the 2019/2020 season.

WHAT IS MY FRIEND’S REWARD?

IF I REFER A FRIEND AND THEY BECOME A MEMBER WILL OUR SEATS BE NEXT TO EACH OTHER?

We cannot guarantee that any seats purchased through our Refer a Friend programme will be next to each other.

CAN WE REDEEM OUR REWARDS FOR THE SAME GAMES?

Yes, alternatively, you’ll be able to redeem your rewards for different games should you prefer, subject to availability. 

HOW CAN I CHECK HOW MANY FRIENDS I HAVE REFERRED?

You'll be able to check the status of your referrals on your referrer dashboard on the website. 

WHEN CAN I REDEEM MY REWARD?

Once your friend becomes a Platinum Member, you’ll be entitled to redeem your reward. This will be once the Season 2020/21 Premier League fixtures have been confirmed in June 2020. We’ll be in touch via email nearer the time to let you know how to redeem your reward.
